Parliament to clarify Vagrancy Act enforcement

There should be some clarity surrounding the enforcement of the vagrancy act, by Parliament on Wednesday.

North Fly MP James Donald on Tuesday raised the issue in Parliament on the enforcement of this act, to deter people from migrating to Kiunga, citing increasing lawlessness and a lack of police manpower:
