The Opposition has successfully moved the motion of no confidence in Prime Minister James Marape which will be put out in the notice paper at tomorrow's parliament sitting.
Chairman of the Private Business Committee and Speaker, Job Pomat announced the outcome of the deliberation in parliament today before it resumed for the afternoon session.
He says the notice and its content is 'in order' and has forwarded it to the Clerk, Kala Aufa to have it out on the notice paper tomorrow.
Mr. Aufa revealed that the notice of motion filed by Douglas Tomuriesa moves that this parliament has no confidence in the Prime Minister James Marape and nominates Member for Finschafen, Renbo Paita as alternate Prime Miniter nominee.
Parliament will sit tomorrow before adjourning for a week and return on September 12th to vote for a Prime Minister.
