Parliament sits at 2pm this afternoon

Parliament is resuming its sitting for the May session at 2 o'clock this afternoon.
And the much talked about Vagrancy Act will be among the top agendas in this sitting.
National Capital District Governor Powes Parkop told NBC News,he hopes this law will be passed in this session.
Parkop says this law will give law enforcement agencies greater powers to manage vagrancy and related offences more effectively, by repatriating offenders to their home villages.
Other Bills expected to be discussed in this session include constitutional amendments, laws related to provincial governance, mining and land rights, among others.
This is the second session for this year and is expected to last for two weeks.
