Security stepped up near parliament house

As the Vote of No Confidence [VONC] against the Prime Minister James Marape is approaching security is on alert anticipating what will unfold today on the floor of parliament.
Police are controlling traffic within the vicinity of Parliament House.
The backroad from parliament to Waigani including the Independence Boulevard has been blocked off.
The police presence in front of the National Library and Archives roundabout including the roundabout opposite the Indonesian High Commission is under strict control, allowing only vehicles with official passes.
