Connect PNG project is a scam says former Prime Minister Peter O’Neil

It was a Valentines Day point of order romance in Parliament this morning during the first question of the session.
As both sides of the house raised over a dozen point of orders to the point where Deputy Speaker Koni Iguan told members of parliament " you are putting answers to my mouth " and in an instance had to overrule his earlier decision to rule the question of former prime minister Peter O'Neil out of order.
The Ialibu Pangia MP said, "from a whistleblower" he has documents that show that " Connect PNG is a scam" and nearly K2 billion had already been spent in the last 30 months.
Mr O'Neil questioned Prime Minister James Marape and Works & Highways Minister Solan Mirisim to declare their business interest in companies [named].
He also asked why funds for the Connect PNG infrastructure project had been channeled to other expenses of school fee payment, medical etc.
After nearly 20 minutes of interjection from both sides of the house.
Prime Minister Marape made a commitment to parliament that Minister Mirisim will tender a full report on the floor of parliament and also the Department of Finance will call for an independent audit.
Mr Marape further told parliament "James Marape does not own any construction company".
The Prime Minister encouraged Mr O'Neil to tender his evidence to the Independent Commission Against Corruption, police and the Ombudsman Commission.
