Kina Bank cleans NBC studio complex in community service drive

The Kina Bank Wewak Branch team conducted a major clean-up around the NBC Wewak studio complex as part of its ongoing community service initiatives.

Branch Manager Anna Wosley told NBC News this was the bank’s second clean-up, following an earlier exercise along the Wewak Sea Wall Drive

Ms. Wosley said Kina Bank believes that getting to know and supporting communities strengthens community relations, and that giving back through service is one way the bank can contribute.

"The NBC Office is in the heart of Wewak Town, so we decided to get our team to clean around the NBC office," she said.

Staff and their families took part in the clean-up, which included grass cutting, raking, and removal of grass and rubbish. The studio complex was left fully cleaned.
