The health sector has been allocated a 15 percent increase, at K3.2 billion in the 2026 National Budget.

This from a K2.8 billion budget allocation for this year.

Treasurer Ian Ling-Stuckey when presenting the K30.9 billion budget, says this includes a K27-million increase for medical supplies from K240-million to K267-million among other increases.

The house expects a response on the budget, by the Opposition today.
